HR Specialist

Employer branding: Be responsible for obtaining the Employer Brand Award of the company every year. Responsible for school recruitment activities, etc.
Be able to independently complete recruitment- related tasks, including personnel selection, evaluation, background survey, and offer letter distribution, arrange onboarding and training for employees, collect and analyze data related to the recruitment process.

能够独立完成人员招聘相关工作，包括人员甄选、评估、背调与 Offer 发放，安排人员入职与 培训，完成招聘过程相关数据的收集于分析工作。

1. Bachelor degree or above, under 35 years old, majoring in language, human resources management, labor and social security;
2. At least two years of HR-related work experience, familiar with HR modules
3. Careful and meticulous work, good communication and learning skills.
4. Fluent in Chinese and English communication level
