HR Specialist / Cán Bộ Quản Lí Nhân Sự

- Prepare labour contract for Vietnamese and Expats
- Develop and implement HR policies and process which are legally compliant with relevant Vietnamese law and align with the best practice of the college
- Be responsible for supporting expats in Vietnam in visa application, work permit, residence cards, welcome pack upon arrival, accommodation. Maintain good relationships with officials from DOLISA, and other related departments.
- Be responsible for staff wellness, staff development, organizing employee’s connection events.
- Record timesheets for monthly payroll
- Review and update relevant policies in consultant with management of the college
- Perform process of recruitment, from candidate’s initial contact to interview, job offer and induction.

- Good knowledge and practical experience of immigrations, employment law and compliance within Vietnam
- Pro-active, out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude
- Ability to drive and effectively ensure quality outcomes
- Vietnamese national
- Holder of a degree in Law or HR Management
- Excellent customer service to effectively support internal staff and managers
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in a similar role within a HR team
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in working with departmental government
