HR Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR specialist role is industry-specific, with the level of responsibility and variety of activities likely to include one of the following areas:
RECRUITMENT
• Issue and collect the probation appraisal for contract signing or terminating;
• Do other tasks assigned by superiors;
• Propose and execute annual internship program;
• Manage and update the candidate database;
• Welcome successful candidates and conduct orientation for new employees;
• Make the recruitment plan under Company’s headcount plan and approved department requisition.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
• Develop effective orientation/ timeout/ training and retraining programs and follow up after-training assessment;
• Follow individual development plans agreed by Line Managers;
• Identify and revise training and development needs within the facility through job analysis, appraisal schemes, regular consultation with Line managers/ Plant manager and the business changes;
• Follow up performance management system of the whole plant;
• Ensure logistics arrangement for in-house courses and implement/ analyze training evaluation;
• Do other tasks assigned by superiors;
• Consider the costs of planned programs and balance per allocated budgets to ensure the best return on investment of any training or development program;
**General Affair
• Support employees with business travel
• Manage cost and complete payment vouchers of the HR
• Manage quality of vendors&039; service: Cleaning service, Bonsai care, food supplier.
• Manage bus pickup for employees
• Manage canteen
• Support foreign employees (visa, residence card, ...)
• Do other tasks assigned by superiors
• Support: Welcome guests to visit the factory ( Bus, hotel, ….)

JOB REQUIREMENT
Prefer candidates who have passion with talent management/people development
Good planning and organizing skills.
Good English and Computer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Have an insight in HR policies and Labor law.
Years of experience: Having at least 2 years experience in HR field
Certificate: Bachelor&039;s Degree in related fields as HR Management/ Economics
