HR Specialist

Control & manage HR Information System (employee master data, e-leave, e-overtime management).
Other duties assigned by HRD.
Vendor management for factory sevices (meal, transportations, doctor services, etc.) & all HR-related services (pre-employment heath check-up, annual health check-up, travel insurance, etc.)
Provide guidance to staff on Human Resource related matters including hiring, onboarding, resignation/termination, staff benefits, employee relations and organizational policy.
Perform monthly attendance check, OT computation for payroll process, work with outsourced payroll service to ensure the accuracy & timeliness of attendance data.
Monthly HR related reports
Assist with the full spectrum of HR function including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Employee Relations…
Organize company annual events

2-3 years proven experience as an HR Specialist
Aptitude in problem-solving
Careful, enthusiastic, good working attitude and eager in learning in work.
Good English communication
University graduate
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Hands-on experience with data management and reports.
Good at Microsoft offices (Word, Excel, PP)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
