HR Specialist (OS Management, Talent Acquisition )

We are hiring candidates who are in charge in one of the sections below:
* 01. OS Management:
- To be responsible for negotiating prices, terms and conditions, risk mitigations and warranties in support of those agreements with the Outsourcing Vendor. Communicate and implement strategies, contracts, and pricing with an overall focus on maintaining good supplier relationships and minimum total cost of ownership to achieve maximum advantage for the company.
- Preventing turnover problems of outsourcing.
- To be in charge of Outsourcing Vendor regulation and Management, Supplier employee regulation, Employment exchange relationship, Apprenticeship board relations
- Act as a liaison between outsourced employees & agencies
- Handle all employee relations issues including grievances, performance issues and disciplinary action for outsourcing employees.)
Talent acquisition:
Full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for IDL positions.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, to be able to attract candidates using various sources, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Experiences: At least 2-year experience in HR or related fields
Educational background: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant majors
Language: Fluent English
Other skills:
- Critical thinking, organized, responsible and disciplinary
- Knowledge of Labor Code, knowledge of HR Policies
- Excellent skills in networking and working with people
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office). Basic designing skills (Photoshop, video edit…) are an advantage
- High teamwork spirit and independent player
