HR Staff

1. Recruitment
- Propose recruitment plan
- Manage recruitment operation
- Do recruitment improvement
- Maintain the turnover at reasonable level (associates in probation & training period)
2. Training and development
- Propose annual training plan and follow up implementation
- Support to do survey/ project as required
3. Other related tasks assigned by superior
Detail will be discussed during the interview.

REQUIREMENT
- Graduated from University
- Have 3-4 years experience in recruitment and selection field, prefer experience on mass recruitment
- Candidates who worked at manufacturing company is an advantage
- Substantial and broad experience in recruitment and training
- Good at development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
- Good at communication and presentation skill
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
- Ability to form good working relationships at all levels
- Good management skills, with an ability to set and work to fixed deadlines
- Good at English
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working time: 8:00 ~ 16:45, off 2 Saturdays/ month
- Working place: Terumo Vietnam co., ltd; Quang Minh Industrial park, Chi Dong, Me Linh, Hanoi
