Mô tả công việc

Talent acquisition:
• Lead, develop and manage the Management Trainee Program to ensure the strong skilled manpower for required departments and meet Company’s target effectively;
• Positively participate in shaping the organization through hiring new positions and play the important role in organization development.
• Initiate and lead all hiring activities to enhance employer branding, attract manpower resource for Company in the most effective way;
• Co-operate with whole recruitment team to lead and proceed all recruitment activities included but not limited to screen CVs to select the suitable candidates for Company as per job requirements and aligning with Company’s procedures;
• Strictly control the recruitment budget so as to bring much values with most cost savings for HR’s budget;
• Well manage the candidate database and all related hiring database to ensure timely and accurate data when needed.
• Generate the recruitment report timely and accurately to HRM and another related person/department as required;
• Create and implement the effective recruitment process, and self-participated in selection of staff, senior staff and/or supervisor in particular;
• Assist with the preparation of annual staff budget and headcount planning;
• Update promoted position status from lower level to upper level or other internal transfer cases;
• Collaborate with other functional team inside Company to proceed the On-boarding program effectively, including but not limited to Welcome kit, detail Induction program, gathering feedback and timely response, even leading development of implementing comprehensive employee induction program as aligned with Global document to ensure full understanding of Company policies and other relevant essential procedures;
Learning and development:
• Participate in all talent discussion calling by, Functional Heads, HR Manager, General Director, Department Heads.
• Create/ propose/ obtain approval of development agenda to selected talents in collaboration with HoD;
• Monitor Development activities to ensure adding values to Company’s business;
• Supports regional recruiting and staffing programs to ensure that adequate and appropriate talent is available to meet operational objectives;
• Provides on-going workforce planning to assist management in determining future staffing needs;
• Manage training schedule monthly, quarterly, yearly for each section (Dept.);

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree at least or higher education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources field in a manufacturing or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Labor Law and related legislations in Vietnam
• Prefer experience in a global company

• Analytical skills, ability to identify, define, and solve problems rapidly, to think and plan strategically, and to effectively communicate such thoughts and plans
• Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of influencing and motivating others
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Vietnamese.
• Knowledge and use of relevant technology including PC software applications and skills to use them effectively
• Requires in-depth working knowledge and understanding of various areas of Human Resources
• Consultative and collaborative
• Knowledge and understanding of how to apply and interpret policies and guidelines
• Have financial acumen in controlling budget
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced company culture
