HR SUPERVISOR

* The main responsibilities of this position are:
- Take a leading role in the following activities: Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Location Administration.
- Support the Management Team in recruiting and retaining talent to meet Starcemt’s objectives and growth, including ensuring that the onboarding and termination processes are handled smoothly.
- Cooperate with other departments to plan internal and external trainings, to organize company events, and to support a working environment that allows for a free exchange of ideas and information.
- Prepare the monthly payroll and SHUI report and ensure that all related reports are submitted on timely manner.
- PIT calculation, report and filling: handle PIT monthly declaration and yearly finalization as well as relevant reports when necessary.
- Support and monitor the effective implementation of Starcemt’s performance review sessions to ensure a performance driven culture and a constructive working environment.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, if required.
- Prepare the monthly HR report for Excom meeting and Committee meeting.
- Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies.

- University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
- Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR.
