HR Trainee

The HR Trainee will assist the recruitment team in all aspects of the hiring process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
Job Summary
Job Responsibility

Collaborate with the teams to finalize job descriptions and post them on various recruitment channels.
Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
Support teams in organizing and arranging internal and external meetings.
Conduct weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Collect and screen candidate resumes.
Schedule and coordinate interview sessions.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
Handle the paperwork for the HR team.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Proficient in English across all skills (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
Proactive in tasks, meticulous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience or internships in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
