Change agent and HR consultant
• Closely partnering with business and people of in-charge functions to understand business status, people concerns/issues and consult solution or escalate to HRBP manager to define people initiatives to address.
• Act as a change agent to support employees and people managers in implementing changes and transformation as defined annually.
Talent Acquisition
• Support new hire having smooth integration and successful on-board through following up Induction program and providing weekly catch-up during probation time.
• Follow up the Talent Acquisition process for the in-charge functions, starting from defining/updating the job description, managing recruitment progress and transaction in the system, ensure right talents are available to support business need while being compliant with HR protocol and processes.
• Organize survey, conference, conduct data analysis, follow-up actions contributing for building and implementation of effective Employee Value Proposition initiatives.
• Contribute to building employer branding through both participating in branding activities of HR team and proposing activities particular for the in-charge function.
Talent Management
• Understand the talent strategy, participate in people planning process, support HRBP manager to define the priorities with stakeholders, and follow up with people managers to deliver talent agenda in line with talent strategy and annual priorities
• Follow up annual Career Conversation process, facilitate people managers to ensure proper implementation upon the PepsiCo framework and process timeline.
Employee Engagement
• OHS program: support HRBP manager in organizing communication pre-survey and post survey, organize focus group discussion to support department managers to define appropriate actions and then to follow up the progress.
• Other activities: Participate in engagement activities through variety of roles as assigned for each activity from year to year (Employees dialogues, celebrate-success events, sport day, teambuilding, new-year party, recognition, appreciation, and others competition)
Data analysis and reports
• Ensure the data is available and well-organized for monthly analysis and reports.
• Prepare monthly reports as assigned (monthly HCs, organization chart update, MOR, Turnover, working hours and productivity, and ad-hoc reports from time to time)
Other HR core processes
• Liaise with TR team to review, revise HR governance (policies, processes, practice) upon business context/external changes and provide HR guide during daily operation to ensure implementing properly.
• Follow up local audit initiatives, involve in the annual global audit programs contributing to achievement the targets of HR and Supply Chain team.
• Manage annual compliance and system trainings.
