HSE Officer (8 Month Labor Contract)

- Follow up, implement and ensure that all efforts are made to achieve or better the annual HSE KPIs in Division/Facility
- Inspect, supervise and ensure all HSE procedures are implemented, compliance in Division/Facility.
- Train and evaluate the new comers and exits employees as Local and Global Requirement in Division/Facility.
- Assist in the yearly maintenance of specific standard operating procedures (OIMS).
- Maintain records for your area regarding safety training, area specific training procedures and safety equipment testing.
- Follow up and inspect all strictly safety machines in Division/Facility.
- Monitoring of the HSE Global and local systems to determine where improvements can be made and necessary corrective and preventive actions carried out
- Join to identy all hazards, risk assessment and identify control measures in Division/ Facility.
- Hold HSE Toolbox/Meeting monthly.
- Follow up, evaluate and report on the performance of the HSE system during Management Review meeting
- Responsible for providing job-site supervision and management with the information and support required to run all operations at optimal safety level, train employees and analyze job hazards on a continuing basis.
- Assist in drawing up standard operating procedures (OIMS) that incorporate safe practices.
- Carry out safety audits and inspections.

- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Enviromental at least 3 years-experience in HSE Laborary/ Inspection
- Management skill (planning, organizing, leadership and verifying)
- Knowledge on ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and HSE Legal
- Well-developed presentation and training skills
- Proven ability to promote safety awareness and foster a safety culture
- Good in English
