HSE Officer

Exercise the duties of a HSE Officer as laid down in the relevant Vietnam statutory legislation
Review the project OHSE activities with the Subcontractors according to Client’s HSE requirements.
Understand and advise Project Management Team the legal requirements affecting safety, health and welfare
Coordinate and train the project personnel on various HSE operational controls including Aspects and Impacts
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of HSE Management System Procedures to meet the Project specific requirements
Supervise the recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and loss, assess accident trends and review overall safety performance
Prepare monthly safety report which shall include the following or in a format required by the client and/or authorities
Communicate and implement safety measures at the workplace from time to time
Co-ordinate and carry out Internal HSE Audits and regular inspections

At least 2 years’ experience in the same position
Bachelor degree of science in construction / labor protection / environmental engineering
Ability to work independently and team work
Good communication skills: English & Vietnamese
Ability to work under pressure
