HSE Officer

- Daily supervise HSE aspects relating to all the activities in the plant. Ensure fully compliance with safe work permit, working at height permit, hot work permit,... and LOTO procedure and contractor management program.
- Update safety information board & conduct daily 5S and HSE observation.
- Performs other work as Department head assign.
- Conduct environment monitor program and industrial hygiene.
- Record, monitor and follow up all incident/accident, near-misses and other HSE observations.
- Maintain HSE documentation system, PPE stock/delivery.
- Support to organize and manage health document for periodical health checks-up and occupational disease check yearly.
- Coordinate with security team for all guard security at plant.
- Check the fire protection system e.g fire extinguishers, fire hoses, testing fire pumps.
- To conduct regularly HSE audit, Safe walk-through program.
- Monitor, follow up the inspection plan for the critical safety equipment in order to comply with legal requirement.
- Control waste management document and make yearly report.
- Carry out orientation for new employees, contractors.
- Update and maintain SDS in English and Vietnamese language follow national regulations for raw materials and finished goods.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
- Team oriented and personally committed to continuous improvement.
- Management knowledge in labor safety, environmental protection and risk control is an advantage.
- At least 03 years of experiences in HSE. University graduated in health & safety, environment management or relative field.
