Health, safety, and hygiene

- Make a corrective action plan ( CAP) for all the findings after an audit.
- Initiate movements and conduct training on safety and hygiene.
- Report on the situation of safety and hygiene in the whole company on weekly basis relating to 5S, accidents, potential risks to raise awareness for all.
- Cooperate with local authorities to disseminate on safety and hygiene.
- Monitor activities on safety and hygiene in the whole company such as exit, aisles, emergency lights, fire fighting system, PPE, annual evacuative drills, emergency evacuation, chemical areas, machines, and equipment as well as holistic working for the subcontractors.
- Prepare periodic reports per the government requirements.
- Implement internal audit periodically and conduct fire fighting team meeting monthly.
- Prepare the checklist of health, safety, and hygiene in order to file, update, audit, and follow up the respective documents.

Environment

- Ensure the waste classification is in line with the law on the environment.
- Ensure the rainwater and wastewater systems are functioning well.
- Monitor employees to practice waste classification and maintain the correct routine.
- Manage cleaner team to do the landscaping, cleaning the perimeter and toilets as well as fixing some issues such as toilet obstruction, leaking, and the like.

Others

- Perform other related duties as required by the HR Manager.
- Renew the relevant contracts relating to the works per anum.
- Give orientation to new employees related to safety

Engineering degree
Living in Bien Hoa is preferred
Good knowledge of regulations and principles of Safety and Hygiene regulated by the government and the customers.
2 years minimum practical experience in compliance management.
Good knowledge of current law on the environment.
English communication.
