HSE Specialist II (For Logistics)

* Safety Rules, Standards & Compliance/ Safety Culture & Behavioural Safety:
- Deploying all procedures, regulations of Safety and for Warehouses, Depots, and beer transportation activities.
- Lead, provide, support for other for Warehouses, Depots, and transportation activities the deployment of Security, Safety Rules, and Standards & Compliances are aligned.
- Deploy BBS V2 to WH, Depot and overflow warehouse.
* Risk Assessment:
- Carrying out l Risk Assessment/ road safety risk assessment for Warehouses, Depots, and transportation activities with countermeasures defined.
- Make Safety Risk Assessment when open new overflow warehouse.
* Management of Safety Process & Systems:
- Reviewing, updating and auditing the safety process and systems of Warehouses.
- Take care CS&L Safety KPIs
- Managing all Safety systems such as:
- Safety Pyramid,
- BBS, BAS, RTF.
- Logistics good practices,
- warehouse safety including fire safety,
- Deploy action after safety alert,
- Others…
* Accident Investigation:
- Be in charge for the near miss, incident, accident processes such as: inputting, investigation (5 Why methodology and appropriate routes), action plans, closing and be responsible for ARISO cases at Warehouses, Depots, and transporters.
- Updating 12rules system and make report HEINEKEN as requested
* Safety Training, Coaching & Mentoring:
- Defining a specific safety training plans and make deployment accordingly for both employees, contractors, transporters.
- Safety E-learning;
- Fire drill (in depots + Overflow warehouses);
- Safety training for Drivers, FLDs annual;
- Safety training follow legal requirement.
- Attend other trainings from Heineken, OpCo safety if required.
* Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain the positive relationships with external & internal stakeholders (if any).
- Involve all WH Safety in safe management.
- Coordinating with Brewery Safety Section, other sections in case of solve and prevent violation of Driver/FLDs.
- Coordinate with Brewery SA and Warehouse for Organize safety campaign.
* Auditing Tracking & Reporting:
- Site tour in Brewery WH, Depots, and Overflow WHs for support owner finding and solve the unsafe behaviour, unsafe condition at work.
- Report on Heineken system, Safety KPIs, and deploy action (if any).
- Report the result of Safety campaign.
- Plan & control the budget of security, safety the CS&L section.

- University degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Logistics, or similar.
- Specialized knowledge need to achieve the desired results: Strong knowledge in Labour safety, knowledge of logistics process, TPM.
- Skills: Good at spoken and written English;
- Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and presentation skill;
- PC literacy (word, excel, power point, etc.);
- Good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic thinker, achievement orientation.
- Level of initiative required / allowed:

- Decisions you must consult others or your superior and/or decisions which must be referred to your superior:

- Experience: At least 2-year experience in Safety field of Production/Logistics Company.
