HSE Supervisor

1. Establish, develop and maintain and report the Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Security programs of the Company in accordance with the law

- Review and ensure the compliance with applicable Local rules, regulations and Group guide lines related to HSE.

- Prepare and update applicable HSE procedures, reports as necessary (Crisis management procedure, Emergency response plan, natural disaster response plan, business continuous plan, oil spill response preparedness, …)

- Prepare the HSE KPI, maintain relevant HSE reports and logs as necessary, organize HSE meeting at all levels and minute preparation and records.

- Review and recommend the contents related to HSE in operation and maintenance procedures, instructions of the plant.

2. Ensure safety for the plant facility set up, plant operations, contractor works at the plant

- Coordinate incident reports (Near miss/Deviation, accident), ensure its investigation, analysis and suggest and get corrective measures done.

- Perform the planned general inspection in the plant, prepare the reports.

- Ensure HSE regulation compliance, safety equipment, encourage and support safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to General Director.

3. Organize the HSE training/drill exercise/emergency response for employees and prepare the reports/records

4. Support and report to the HR-Admin-HSE manager

5. Supervise HSE job, Set up HSE KPI, check list and implement HSE audit of our installations at customer sites.

• University Degree, preferably in Satfety or Environmental Engineering or in mechanical/technical/chemical
• At least 3-year of experience in the same position
• Implementation of ISO procedures will be a high advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English (Speaking & writing)
• Good at communication and interpersonal skill
• Good at analysis skill, hard working and responsible
• Got knowlege/ experience of Higg software
