HSE Supervisor - Bien Hoa

- Deploy HSE programs/events at site to achieve the objectives and targets
- Report and update safety situation to line manager & Country management team in time.
- Conduct inspections, audit and support site team on improve safety performance, customer audit.
- Training, coaching all members / sub-contractors aware and comply with Safety policy, procedures & regulation at DSC VN/ Customer requirements.
- Supervise the HSE program deployment with knowledge of where the gaps are, where the weak performance come from, to propose actions and solutions to Site Management team.
- Compile the safety procedure, work instructions and revise its periodically or update when changing or expanding warehouse operations
- Compile , update and evaluate regulations and other requirements from Region Office
- Drive Operations team to deliver the HSE program effectively.
- Tracking water and energy using
- Manage waste dispose in the site
- Manage chemical using.
- Encourage/build up positive two way communication on matters relating to the safety sooner.

* Expected years of experience:
- 3 to 5 year experience on HSE Supervision / Management in service logistics provider or in production plant (scope 300 working people).
* Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety major to be preferred.
* Key capabilities:
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. . . .
- Good ability to coach and negotiate.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically
- Strong characteristic
- Good communication.
- Teamwork and independent working ability.
- Leadership skills
- Enthusiasm, and carefulness.
- Good English in writing and translating.
