HSSE Operation Specialist (Bac Ninh)

Working Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
- Responsible for the CL HSSE at dedicated location
- To support CL process development initiatives in safety requirement
- To ensure operational excellence follow strictly with HSSE requirement in CL operations
- To execute the WND Operations & Business Plan as it applies to CL operations

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop SOP of HSSE – DG to ensure it is aligned and incorporate with the business requirement in regard to site safety
- Assist to WH Manager in ad-hoc tasks of operations at warehouse in case of need
- Maintain the awareness of active and developing situations relating to HSSE and DG topics as the business requirement
- Conduct investigation on HSSE matters and Root Cause Analysis
- Manage Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for the emergency cases to ensure these are available at all time
- Contract logistics project implementation experience preferred
- Have good understanding of local / international chemical regulations in trading, warehousing, transportation
- Follow up the practices and procedures relating to the relevant DG activities of the company
- Experience in implementing to set up new facility/ warehouse
- Ensure safety messages in each incident action plan
- Understand international logistics, supply chain, trucking, warehousing
- Business Continuity Planning – BCP experience preferred
- Responsible for the local implementation of HSSE standards in the company on all areas of operational activities including company premises, warehouse activities and office security
- Strengthen team through training and development
- Coordinate with HSSE department to implement new regulation to apply for warehouse operation
- Assist local authorities such as the Police when required
- Support to staff training divided into function-specific training and general awareness training depending on staff category. Ensure that training records are kept on company level
- Follow up audits on a regular basis as well as spot checks at irregular intervals

We are looking for:
- Good knowledge of warehousing operations
- Good command in English
- Minimum 2 year-experience working with Contract Logistics
- Minimum 2 years HSSE experience preferred
- Minimum university education preferred
- Safety mindset
- Knowledge of Security Standards (TAPA, CTPAT) / ISO Standards (45001, 9001, 14001) is preferred
- Teamwork and cooperation
