Objectives of this Role:
- Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective & preventive actions.
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure wide compliance
- Document quality assurance, Health, Safety, Security, Environment activities with internal reporting and audits
- Interpret, build upon Health, Safety, Security, Environment standards Company & Customers.
- Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
- Develop new standards for operation and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services
Role and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Manage security contractor, follow up the improvement
- Make sure all high risk MHEs are controlled and maintained good quality for use.
- Collaborate with related stakeholders to implement security processes and ensure all security team are trained timely.
- Ensure that all prescribed EHS systems of work for processes and activities derived from risk assessments are adhered to.
- Collaborate with related stakeholders to conduct training for staff, casual workers and contactors on need EHS rules and awareness sessions to all personnel
- Maintain EHS conditions at site. Give out counter measure to improve safety condition.
- Conduct documented periodic EHS Inspections
- Other tasks link to EHS assigned by direct manager.
- Collaborate with related stakeholders on the implementation of the Health, Safety, Security policies and arrangements within all areas of responsibility.
- Advise management and operations of unsafe acts/conditions observed for prompt corrective action.
- Advise and assist to ensure the site operation teams perform their tasks safely in compliance with the safety rules of Company and agreement and/o commitment of customers’ requirements.
- Assist operations in accident/incident investigation, and root cause identification and prevention
- Prepare/conduct periodic toolbox briefings on EHS topics
- Maintain and log/report EHS
- In monthly basis, conduct the review & evaluation EHS KPI and identify actions plan for non-conformance matters
