HTTC - Senior Marketing Specialist

We - Hung Thai Technology, a new subsidiary of Phu My Hung Development Corporation, that aims to apply new technology to upgrade the values of our urban areas by creating an E-commerce Website (muasamhando.com) & a Mobile App (Livin PMH).
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will handle all the keys as follows:

Keeping oversight on campaigns and make necessary adjustments so as to achieve maximum efficiency
Develop GTM and Marketing strategy.
Work with relevant teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Conduct deep-dive data analysis and reporting on campaign and LivinPMH performance
Act as a marketing consultant to LivinPMH to help generate ROI from Media Investment.
Conception, setup, launch, monitoring and optimization of digital performance campaigns (Facebook, Google, other ad networks) and offline performance campaigns.

Knowledge is community building, fashion is a plus SQL/Google Analytics/Facebook experience a plus
University or College, major in Marketing or related background
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Extreme attention to details and follow up actions as well as a fast turn-around working style is required.
Knowledge of attribution for mobile marketing and app installs is a plus
Desired experience in marketing presentations, project management, consumer research, data analysis, and/or digital campaign management.
Proven ability to make data-supported decisions
Work experience in online marketing: Facebook Ads, Google, Affiliate... other display experience, digital agency, or digital technology industries is a plus
Must have experience in offline marketing campaigns executions
Self-starter, positive attitude, open to feedback, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change in a matrix organization
Knowledge of multivariate testing and basic statistics/ probability concepts is a plus
Must have experience in social, gaming or e- commerce
Demonstrated success in ingesting, analyzing, and presenting large datasets
