[HUẾ] Draught & Cooler Specialist (Chuyên viên bia tươi & tủ lạnh)

- Build and maintain high performance of Technicians team to achieve the productivity CBVN equipment, Cleaning & Maintenance Equipment, Perfect serve delivering; responsible for all planning and communication required for flawless execution in the field
- Coordinates and participates in regularly scheduled sales meetings
- Manage POSM, Asset, Spare parts related to Draught & Cooler at WH and usage progress, ongoing tracking and reporting
- Conduct frequent field surveys to ensure accurate sales service, perfect serve is executed per quality standards.
- Train and coach the draught services team in technical skills and best practices to ensure professional, effective and efficient draught beer services delivered to customers
- Coordinate with Sales & Trade Marketing team to deploy Event, Visibility of Draught & Cooler, activity for special outlets
- Monitor the delivery of draught customer services in defined region and channel to ensure the service action plans are carried out according to the Carlsberg Vietnam Perfect Serve Standard
- Build the annual deployment plan in line with Sales target of Draught & Cooler in terms of Human (allocation, recruitment, route coverage planning) and Assets, Spare parts and working tools to deliver the company target
- Perform administrative duties in a timely manner (expense & cost; reports, work calendar, surveys, and all other duties as they are assigned).

- Effective, positive and energetic attitude
- University Graduate with Engineering/TechnicalDegree or equivalent qualification
- Good written and spoken English
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Marketing or Sales FMCG, Cooling Technician; international company experience is a plus
- Good computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good verbal, written and communications skill
