Human Resouces Manager

- Plan and implement activities to connect employees, build a professional, friendly and modern working environment.
- Maintain employees&039; records-insurance coverage, pension plan and personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations
- Analyze the company’s manpower requirements in order to recommend on selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
- Manage the HR Department ensuring staff comply with company’s policies and procedures and local and government regulations.
- Manage the recruiting & staff developing strategy for the Company
- Review personnel policies, procedures and practices and recommend any changes, modification or updating to the management.
- Organize staff performance assessment program
- Represent the HR Department both internally and externally
- Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions
- Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies, employee relations staffing, training, safety, labor relations and employment records
- Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company
- Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, trade unions

3 to 5 years hospitality experience within luxury and boutique properties
- Strong focus on staff welfare with efficient management of employees premises.
- Training and coaching skills (first aid, risk prevention, foreign languages, Hotel management, etc…
- Administrative skills, dealing with local authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable rules & regulations.
- Lead by example attitude
- Pre-opening experience, resourceful and with available pool of talents to hire
