Human Resource And General Affairs Manager (HR&GA Manager)

• Deploy the company objectives and target throughout organization
• Improve Employees Satisfaction
• Control Budgets and Expenses of HR&GA Department
• Responsible to manage and lead Recruitment activities; improve HR Development (HRD) system including training program, effective performance evaluation system, KPIs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Legal Requirement related to day-to-day activities of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure to comply the regulations of the Law
• Supervise and drive the HR&GA Department to work in line with the company’s strategies and deliver best business results.
• Manage IT system to facilitate working processes and Data security, including Effective Communication Channels
• Coordinate closely with management levels and employees to improve work relationships, build up morale, increase labor productivity and retain the talents.
• Manage the development and implementation of Company Regulations and Procedures regarding to HR&GA functions.

• Active and good health.
• Good management skills such as strategic planning skill, systematic and analytical skills, problem solving skill, strong leadership and detail oriented
• High proficiency in HR software and MS Excel
• Male or Female, 35-48 years old
• Hand-on and be able to handle multi tasks under pressure
• Background experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is preferred
• Bachelor Degree or higher in related field
• Good command in English both writing and speaking
• At least 8 years experienced in management level in related fields
