Position Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
** Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale.
- Provide recommendations on employment pay actions, including job offers, promotions, bonuses, etc.
- Operate and control all C&B activities in payroll, PIT, SHUI, labor contracts, policies, benefits, timesheets, annual health checks, internal & external labor reports, etc. for all employees in Vietnam.
- Handle reports and manage effective compensation packages.
** Expatriates and International Employees
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures for all employees.
- Operate and manage expat contracts, payroll, allowances, insurance and other benefits.
- Process the visa, work permit, resident card, relocation, and other related procedures for foreigners staff in the Company.
** Legal Compliance:
- Keep updated with labor, social and PIT law, and ensure legal compliance in all practices
- Ensure accuracy and timely report submission to Government Authorities, including regular reports (PIT, headcounts, etc.) and ad-hoc reports.
** Recruitment:
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
** Others:
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
