Human Resource Manager (Binh Dinh)

Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Responsible for development of concepts, strategies and tools for integrated performance management (including performance management, talent management and succession planning), and training variety of skills (including leadership management, management training)
Providing all necessary support to the leadership team in daily HR operations including managing full employee life-cycle and building HR team;
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Knowledge of labor legislation ·
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
At least 5 year working experience in the same role
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Strong decision-making skills.
