Human Resource Manager (Korean Speaking)

We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices andprocesses- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across theorganization
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,motivation and preservation of human capital
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management requirements
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or otherissues
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- 3+ years in the same position for Fintech, Bank, Technology, Financial Institutions company
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding federal HR laws
- Detail-oriented and organizational nature
