What you will do as our successful HR Manager?
Being a successful HR Manager, we believe you have the right mindset, techniques and skills to:
-Build and execute improvement plans for employee experience & employee engagement activities
-Improve performance management methods and succession planning
-Work closely with the management team and key stakeholders to develop talent development strategies, action plans on a competency model, career roadmaps, and individual development plans (IDP) for employees
-Initiate and execute ideas to strengthen TRG’s culture in alignment with our business goals
-Consult and supervise employer branding initiatives, talent acquisition processes, and C&B related issues
-Standardise HR operational procedures

And you can do all of the above with grace because you have:
-Significant knowledge and hands-on experience in International Labour Market, Talent Management, Learning & -Development, as well as Succession Planning 
-Experience with overall end-to-end HR operation activities, recruitment, and compensation & benefits
-A minimum of 7 years of experience working in HR, and international service companies
-Proven experience at the HR managerial level, leading a team of at least 3 subordinates
-Fluent in English
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement improvements
-Familiar with some HR tools or systems
