Mô tả công việc

Being a HR Business Partner (HRBP), your principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment Operation
• Prepare different reports to meet the status update need
• Carry out the internal and external recruitment process from working with different stakeholders to define the needs, creating and posting Job Ads on the right channels, sourcing and selecting the right candidates, coordinating the test if any and interviews for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates
• Manage and report hiring and attendance
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment & onboarding processes, then actively propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve recruitment process to meet targets both in terms of quantity and quality
• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matching, and the qualifications needed
• Follow up the recruitment channels and the efficiency of hiring
• Pro-actively analyze and anticipate resource needs, current status, recruitment challenges, resource forecast in order to advise or implement the recruitment effectively
• Implementing welcome and onboarding procedures for new staff. Coordinate with all levels of management to help new employees to adapt to the company&039;s working environment as well as being successful all their probation period
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs in line with manpower plan
Talent Attraction and Acquisition
• Understand external talent market movement and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels.
• Ensure talent pool and network development for assigned jobs
• Employee engagement: Plan of HR activities annually to promote company culture and working environment
• Coordinate/ join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars, university relations, networking) to promote employer branding and talent acquisition
• Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for senior, managerial positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies
Administration
• Support to prepare work permit for expats
• Office expense management
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrator and Monitor all administrative works at office

Yêu cầu công việc

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skillset:
• Good communication both in English and Vietnamese, be able to work at all levels, team players and detail oriented
• Strive for continuous improvement, developing people, team work, flexible thinking, building relationships
• High sense of services, responsibility, focusing on solutions and results, having positive and can-do attitude in any difficult circumstance or under high pressure
• Confident, high energy, enthusiastic and passionate
• Interview skill, negotiation and conflict management skills, pro-activeness, excellent-service mind set orientation, good human sense, enthusiastic and positive thinking
• Good interpersonal skills, can-do and willing-to-take-challenge attitude, can work under high pressure, able to prioritize workload with good time management
• 03 years of experience working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in IT company: nice-to-have
• Have good experience/knowledge about sourcing/job branding on LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, ITViec, Facebook, IT Groups, etc.
