Human Resources Executive ( District 2)

Recruitment:

Deliver full recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers,
Build strong relationships with local organizations, recruitment agencies, education organizations,
Continuously reviewing and building an effective recruitment process.

C&B:

Prepare required documents, payments for resigned employees.
Coordinate and following up on SI, HI, UI,
Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits for all employees in a timely and accurate manner,

Training & People Development:

Conduct Orientation for new employees,
Work with other Department head to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance.
Manage employee appraisal process

Administration & house-keeping:

Supervise Human Resources executive.

Job Requirement

Preferably minimum 1 years working experiences in Human Resources.
Good management skills and passion for consumer products
Speaking and writing English is necessary.
Ability to build and develop good relation with employees at all level
Bachelor’s Degree
