Human Resources Manager

Job Purpose:
To manage and provide guidance related to all aspects of HR management and development for Vietnam entities in order to build high performance team and drive smooth running of the operations in support of business growth in SEA Cluster.
Key Accountabilities:
Assesses the need for staff training requirements in order to design appropriate programs to develop staff performance and their career growth.
Promotes positive work environment and relationships between with employees at all levels and with the welfare committee, labor unions, demonstrating awareness of their different needs and backgrounds.
Performs other functions and projects as necessary or as assigned.
Provides regular feedback, coaching and establish development plan for HRAMs to ensure they are well-equipped with required HR knowledge, skills and ability to perform their roles and develop their own career growth.
Oversees local C&B function and process in line with the local market competitiveness, including cluster and global guidelines in order to attract and retain high performers.
Gives advice and supports relevant parties in all areas of HR management, especially when tendering for and implementing new businesses, in order to optimize the process and meet the expected timeline.
Reviews and prepares HR budget which includes manpower planning, C&B and merit/salary reviews, and HR engagement activities in collaboration with Finance.
Oversees and improves continuously recruitment process with effectiveness and timeliness of new hire induction program across all sites and stations in order to ensure quick adaptation to work environment and engagement with CEVA.
Partners with Executive Management Team to facilitate discussions on talent review and succession planning to build sustainable business development and support future growth.

- Good communicator and team player, able to deal with all levels of staff.
- Diplomatic, thorough and result oriented
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in HR and general administration in an international manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Law or any other related field.
