POSITION PURPOSE
This position will support HR Director in managing and maintaining the HRIS system to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness.
This position will support the day-to-day activities of Human Resources department; and ensure a high level of professionalism in those areas.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Expatriate Services:
- Responsible for all expatriate services including hotel booking/ accommodation arrangement, travel insurance, staff care activities…
- When required, assist the process of applying work permit, visa and resident card for expatriate staff;
- Assist in the onboarding process of new expatriates
- Prepare reports about foreign workers to provide to relevant Departments or authorities.
HR Information Management:
- Support to provide induction/ training on HRIS system for staff
- Organize and maintain personnel filing system;
- Prepare appropriate reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training.
- Act as systems administrator for HRIS system, configuring the system as required, controlling all user access, regular check and advise HRBPs any mismatch to ensure data flows in and out of the system, accuracy and data protection compliance, liaise with the HRIS vendor to troubleshoot queries as required;
- Be the primary contact with both staff and project vendor for queries on the HR information systems.
HR Administration work
- Update staff list, staff telephone extension on monthly basis
- Support to process service contracts of HRD and to make payments for HR expenses
- Support to register tax code and dependents for tax deduction for staff
Others:
- Participate in HR projects.
- Coordinate in organizing staff activities/ events (team building, social activities, etc.);
- Perform other duties as may be directed from time to time by HR Director and Line Manager.
