Human Resources Officer (Specialization in Recruitment and Training)
Main duty:
Advice the managers in the organization and for the HR matters
Recommend and implement development plans to ensure training supports for business needs and talent acquisition.
Handle full-cycle recruitment process (have experienced on recruit sales/ advisor in stores, recruit in other provinces such as Hanoi, Danang, Can Tho,…)
Following-up and performing on-board and off-board process.
Main tasks:
Recruitment
Manage candidate network, building trust and maintaining a good rapport with candidates.
Advise and support to manager for choosing candidate.
Benchmark and update salary range in market for each kind of position, experiences, company’s size in health and cosmetic/ trading industry.
Co-operate with Head of Department/ Managers to determine staffing needs.
Prepare, performing and update the recruitment process (finding the candidate and set up for interview which low and medium level position, contact and follow with headhunter to recruit the high-level position).
Handle full recruitment process from screening CV to bring candidates on board.
Be active to have different solutions for attracting and recruiting candidates at peak times or competitive jobs. Proposing optimal channels/ method enhance recruiting capabilities of company
Working on recruitment database to provide proper reports.
Build-up job description system for each kind of position in company and company’s demand.
On-board and off-board process
Performing on-boarding process to new employees, including prepare welcome gift and working facilities, training all internal policies and company process, introduce the office and place to store stationery, introduce new employees to the whole company.
Handle fully paperwork relating to on-board and off-board process.
Performing off-board and hand-over process (working facilities), co-operate with other Department for hand-over process (jobs)
Support the management of disciplinaire issues.
Support and help new employees integrate into the company environment during the probationary period.
Training and development
Be responsible of training on internal policies and company’s process.
Working closely with the functional department managers to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
Communicating with Managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
Be responsible of managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training program. Facilitate activities of training such as soft-skills, technical, and online training courses as co-ordinator.
Other tasks and reporting
Assist in day-to-day department operations, other tasks assigned by line managers.
Provide to manager a full report of recruitment, personnel change situation and tasks.
Support in drawing and implementation of company process.
Co-operating with HR Department for company’s events and other company/ team’s activities to build up the company culture and connect people.
Advice in organization and HR matters.
