Work place: 58 Pham Ngoc Thach, District 3, HCMC 

Key responsibilities:

• Receive monthly recruitment requests from departments to develop recruitment plans.
• Post job vacancies on social network sites (Facebook, Linkedin, etc) and other recruitment channels relevant for each position.
• In charge of the assigned tasks in the recruitment process, from CV filtering to induction for new employees.
• Handling administrative tasks: updating candidate information into the system, creating contracts, managing candidate records.
• Participate in Employer Branding activities: Job Fairs, recruitment events

• Have at least 1 year of mass recruitment experience (preferably those who have experience in Sales, Customer Care)
• Have knowledge and proficient use of different recruitment channels (social networks, recruitment websites, personal networks)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make questions and exploit information from candidates effectively
• Basic English communication skill
• Ability to make reports and statistics on recruitment data is an advantage
