Human Resources Specialist

Conduct local employee related investigations
Work along side payroll to support any queries relating to absence, pay or benefits
Assure company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
Support and act as a challenging soundboard in all topics relating to HR.
Manages the processes and policies updates, implements and communicates accordingly.
Maintain the HR inbox and escalate queries where necessary
Manages the execution of core HR Operations activities and programs including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, performance management program, and other
Immplements HR solutions in assigned countries with input from CoE HR programs
Act as the subject-matter expert on local/country laws
Leads and participates in employee and supervisor training
Manage HR Administration for assigned country in line with Compliance and legal requirements

Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
2 years of experience of fast-paced environments
Shows a willingness to learn more about their specific industry, best practices, and apply as appropriate​.
Experience managing full life cycle HR Administration within 1 country
Leverages key learnings and applies to future situations​.
Is resourceful and figures things out autonomously when needed​.
Customer oriented mindset
Strong administration skills, able to complete high volumes of tasks with accuracy and confidence
Starting to develop advanced, specialized skills specific to the role / areas of expertise​.
Project management skills – ability to scope out and keep a project or task moving from start to finish
