HVAC QS Engineer

Salary: 20-25 millions gross
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Extract, calculate the volume of necessary material and workers for assigned categories; Inspect construction requirements on material’s volume and workers base on design drawings and BOQ;
2.Building a plan to buy supplies, construction machinery for projects;
3.Calculate the cost of assigned categories’ construction; control cost according to approved budget limit, warn QS Manager and Project Department when cost exceed the budget;
4.Manage unit price of assigned construction’s categories; check and compare price of suppliers, subcontractors to BOQ;
5.Calculate, synthesize actual construction volume, apply price, present payment according to project’s progress and construction final settlement;
6.Inspect, confirm construction workload of subcontractors on assigned categories;
7.Update data, information on cost to ERP system, store related dossier;
8.Provide information on prices and subcontractors for Project Department to implement bidding documents;
9.Support the calculation of bids’ volume when requested;
10.Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
