ICT Technical Business Analyst (Credit Card Project)

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with ICT Application Development Manager and ICT Project Manager to develop system/application for business needs.
- Be business partner to understand business insights to proactively propose system solutions.
- Support internal application projects and analyze system solutions for internal business requirements.
Illustrate and develop ideas using storyboards, process flows, UI mockups and prototypes…
- Write user documentation and user’s manuals
- Work together with the Project team to produce testing plan and testcase.
- Prepare user requirement, workflow, data requirement and functional specification document.
- Participate in System integration and User acceptance testing
- Ensure meeting deadline and quality standards

Education Background: Bachelor of IT or Computer Science.
Main requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role
- Have some experience on programming language such as Java, C, Web programming
- Be able to use English at work, fluent English writing is highly valued
- Experience in data modeling and PL/SQL
- Have strong knowledge about Credit Card management system
- Be able to write system workflow, write test case and execute the test
- Having knowledge and able to understand technical design and common technologies (System Architect, SQL, API,...).
- Strong analytical thinking and business process understanding
- Be able to work in team or work independently
- Be able to understand mobile technology such as iOS, Android, progressive web application.
Other requirements
- Experience with non-functional aspects (security, performance and scalability) is a plus
- Be able to be a system – business partner.
- Knowledge about business development projects in finance, banking is a plus
- Experience in Project Lifecycle methodologies (Agile, PMP) is a plus
