IE Manager (Electronics)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a IE Manager (Electronics, $1300, ID13614):

• Responsible for managing employee performance in industrial engineering and industrial process analysis including the implementation, development and evaluation of procedures to integrate and evaluate the equipment, facilities, materials, personnel and procedures.
• Responsible for analysing and developing wastage reduction and labor optimization strategies, and designing tools to improve the production system
• Process analysis and measurement, capacity planning, manufacturing loads and forecasting.
• Analyze and upgrade standard production line working hours
• Estimate production line interface equipment, as well as application for material samples and material data.
• Evaluate and carry out investigation on discrepancies for all actual as well as planned industrial procedures and keep track of all data; ensure integrity of results.
• Coordinating with other managers to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met, equipment is repaired when necessary, materials are available when needed, and labor costs are monitored.
• Build Industrial standards for highly effective People, Process & Performance;
• Coach and develop IE team members

• Male, Age: 35-45 years old
• Graduated from university or above
• At least 3 years experience of working in the same position in manufacturing company related to electronics, mechanical, automotive... industries
• Fluent at English or Chinese language.
