Mô tả công việc

Must possess excellent business, negotiation and leadership abilities;

Negotiating oversea agents / customers relating to business activities: contracts, pricing;

Solving the customer’s complaints and assisting the client in the event of a claim;

Building, developing and maintaining the overseas agents/ customer system;

Building, implementing the business strategies to develop the Import Dept. turnover;

Arranging payment of freight and other charges of collection of payment;

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/Foreign Trade / Maritime or other relevant industries;

Experience: 03 - 10 years in shipping / Forwarding / Logistics

Communicate with English fluently;

Must have basic user knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, international business partners;

Ability to respond to urgent requests and different communication styles in order to satisfy internal and external customer alike;

Good interpersonal communication skills – not only for customer service but also interoffice/department interactions;

Well – organized and arranged skills;

Team Management – Leadership

Reporting and Planning skills

Good Solving - Problem skills;
