Import-Export Manager

Complete all procedures related documents for import - export:
- Prepare relevant documentation permits to import or export goods.
- Carrying out procedures for liquidation of import tax.
- Up, check invoice, PO, Bill to ensure accurate information with suppliers or customers.
- Check the declaration form from the forwarder to send to the customs network.
- Track and complete customs clearance documents as required by Customs.
- Manage documents, data
- Set norms, settlement reports
- To control and compile dossiers on disposal of discarded faulty products.

Graduated from University with major in economics, business administration, or Import/Export/Supply Chain/customs clearance related
• Quick and good problem-solving skills
• Having experience in foreign company is preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good command of English
• Good at MS Office applications, especially Ms Excel and Ms Word
• Active, honest, compliance-minded, hard-working, careful and high sense of responsibilities
• Able to deliver to tight deadlines
