Import & Export Manager (HS Code, Custom Clearance)

Solving the problem and propose the solution
Handling customs for export/import, C/O,...
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports
Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements
Work with forwarder & customs offIce for customs declaration, customs inspection, cargo’s duty & tax issues.
Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization&039;s sales activities
Controlling logistics process and Handling setlements, crosscheck HS code.
Search for possibilities to reduce taxes
Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations
Report and do other tasks as requested by the Head of Department.

- Having experience in related field to handle big quantity of products like garment, building materials, high-tech machines...
- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields
- Be a team player, detailed and accurate
- Good command of English.
- At least 3-10 years’ experience in Import & Export, forwarding field.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills
- Have wide knowledge about import & export customs procedures, customs regulations. Especially strong in HS Code
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
