Import - Export/ Shipping Specialist (Outbound)

- Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Work with related dept in handling the system billing process.
- In charge in shipping expense checking & controlling included normal monthly expense & abnomal cost.
- Prepare export shipment plan, place cargo booking/SI submission to forwarder, trucking arrangement, issue shipment note in system.
- Prepare Shipping/ Customs document, coordinate with customs broker to resolve any issue related to customs clearance process to align with delivery schedule.
- Maintain order data in system, generate the defined reports from system.
- Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the shipments on time and meet customer requirement.

Academic:
- Univesity graduated.
Years of experience:
- 1-2 years working experience preferred.
Special knowledge:
- Good in English communcation (wringting & speaking).
- Skilled in order processing, shipment arrangement & shipping expense controlling.
- Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint), good excel is required, able to use VNACCS software.
Other skills
- Able to work independently and under tight time schedule.
- Good team working spirit
