Import – Export Staff (Đắk Lắk)

- Track booking, train schedule and goods status reports.
- Follow up and update production plan for each shipment.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors (if any).
- Assist in editing documents/ dispatches in English.
- Prepare and follow up documents and samples for customers.
- Handle Export procedures: Quarantine records, loading records, customer records and CO records;
- Register for quarantine, customs declaration and CO declaration online (if required)
- Organize and store files and documents.
- Coordinate with other departments in factory audits and assessments.
- Report work progress to superiors.
- Translate English documents.

- Ability to arrange work, synthesize and report information according to the scope of responsibility
- Communication and coordination skills with departments.
- Honesty, hard-working, careful, enthusiastic, good ability to deal with high pressure.
- Graduated from College, University of Foreign Trade/Economics or other related majors.
- Good in reading and communicating English skill, office computer.
