INCUBATOR MANAGERS

- Implement, organize the management of plans, incubation program, training, startup consulting to ensure the short, medium and long-term objectives of the company
- Lead, connect, and motivate startup projects that are incubated, trained, developed and supported in an effective way
- Carry out internal and external activities in the startup, increase the capacity of the network to create innovative programs to develop effective incubation programs
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director according to suitable functions and tasks

- Fluent in English
- At least 3-year-work experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in different areas of business: Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounting
- Skills in managing Training programs, using Technology
- Age between 25-32
- Knowlegde in Business Management and practical general management

Will be trained with national and international programs
Full insurance policy in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance ...) when the official contract is singed
Offered bonus policies when participating in certain company projects.
Especially, there is a reward policy of 30% salary by share after 18 months of official contract.
Salary: negotiable, two-month probation
