Industrial Design Engineer (3D Modelling)

1. Design, develop and prototype of bike frame, accessories, PCB housings, …

- Modeling 3D drawing, Planning and explaining idea, using Solidworks or NX in advance

- Develop test prototypes.

- Come up and propose many new ideas to improve production efficiency and quality

2. Deploy from idea to 3D drawing and 2D manufacturing

- Use design software and tools to develop models and soft drawing of new products

- Estimate/ and propose production costs and budgets of new designs

3. Analyze stress, tension, strength of product

- Maintain existing engineering records and designs

- Evaluate all engineering prototypes and detect potential issues/or risks

4. Sourcing supplier/ and monitor manufacturing process

5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Collaborate with many teams/ departments to ensure the production getting adhere to the drawing and designs

Other assignments by directions of Line Manager

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
Good in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
Proficient in using, MS-Office, Solidworks and NX is a plus
At least 2 year working in Industrial Design team/ or manufacturing environment
Familiar with mechanical tasks, such as wielding, CNC (CAD-CAM)
Proven experience using Solidworks software; knowledge of NX is a plus
Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers
Great computational and spatial ability
Excellent oral and written communication
Attention to detail
