Industrial Engineer – IE

Key responsibility:

• The industrial engineer's responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards. To be successful as an industrial engineer you should be able to design systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained.

Job responsibilities:

• Reviewing production processes, design specifications, workflows and related information. To eliminate wastefulness in production processes and make sure systems make the best-integrated use of workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.
• Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
• Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
• Developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
• Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
• Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
• Managing process documentation and preparing production’ efficiency reports.
• In charge of New product’s development (In conjunction with Technical Dpt.,)
• Manage all Kaizen & Lean activities in production.
• Perform any other duties within the bounds of Company policies that are requested by the GM.

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of Relevant work experience
• Fluent English, MS Office & Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
• Planning and analytical/Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Documentation and organization skills.
