Industrial Engineer - Nhân viên Kỹ thuật IE (Ngành may mặc)

Improve quality, efficiency and productivity by right methodology:

•Check and confirm Operation Breakdown with the system and correct it if any discrepancies while communicating with co-operate TED

•Take responsibility for Bulk feasibility (BF) feedback to align capacity with garment factory according to assignment by Manager

•Calculate and monitor line efficiency performance base on SAM and Corp. policy

•Set up line layout for new orders to make sure a smooth input flow on production floor with minimize movement.

•Prepare the necessary such as mold/folder for style change

•Identify bottleneck and conduct time study for further improvement

•Implement innovative method, kaizen activities in Gemba

•Improve the handling method and workplace arrangement if necessary

•Study and standardize method in terms of good quality and good efficiency

•Prepare skill development plan to ensure required skill level are achieved

•Manage and support technician team to achieve the target

- University degree, Diploma, majoring in Industrial garment technology

- 1-2 year experience

- Ability to communicate and read technical documents in English

- Good command of Microsoft office
