The Business Area Leader elaborates and implements the ITS Strategy in alignment with the company and the business area strategy. He / She is accountable for the business continuity and the execution of the project portfolio. Ensure efficiently the management of the ITS Business Area activities (Governance, Operations, Budget).
Key individual accountabilities:
•Maximize stakeholder satisfaction by Increasing Quality and Value and optimizing costs
•Oversee all ITS activities within the Business Area (Governance, Operations, Budget,...)
•Ensures the relevancy of the project portfolio with regards to ITS strategy and the Business value
•Define and maintain investment prioritized with business goals
•Ensures financial efficiency, monitors expenses versus budget and provides accurate forecasts
•Ensure risks are mitigated with the appropriate remediation plan
•Proposes innovative solutions to address new business needs
•Promotes best practice, set ups the right conditions and facilitates usage of appropriates methods, processes and tools to deliver high quality of services
•Foster mobility and career management for employees
•Monitor appropriate resources allocations to ensure the continuity of the ITS activities
•Define or/and contribute and implement the ITS sourcing models
•Ensure the definition and monitoring of service level agreements (SLA) for all solutions and services
•Ensure compliance with internal ITS standards (application, development, infrastructure ...), policies (quality, security, ...) and external regulations
