Tuyen Quang Province Rural Development Project is funded by the Republic of Korea (ROK) through the Office of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Vietnam. With a total investment of US$15 million, the Tuyen Quang Rural Development Program focuses on empowering women, improving sustainable livelihoods, building capacity and improving the quality of healthcare and education, towards comprehensive and sustainable development in difficult communes across Tuyen Quang, as well as improving the quality of life of local people.
- Duration: with the possibility of extension until project is completed
- Project period: until Oct 2023
** Task Description
- Review design outputs, cost estimation, bidding documents, progressive payments, etc. of rural infrastructure sub-projects according to guidelines and regulations issued by the Government of Vietnam;
- Coordination with provincial government & related organizations along with PC team, ensuring high-quality performance and program implementation based on the approved action plan.
- Others (if required)
- Prepare weekly reports, field reports and review reports related to rural infrastructure.
- Draft correspondences related to rural infrastructure before sending to related agencies.
- Conduct regular and/ or irregular field visits to ensure effective implementation of rural infrastructure works;
- Support PC Team to prepare reports to KOICA and the related agencies;
- Support the PC Team (Project Contractor) on the activities related to road construction (including bridges and drainage ditches, etc.), irrigation facilities (including reservoirs and canals, etc.) and so on;
- Monitor and supervise the construction work and control of progress, quality, labor qualification, costs and safety of the construction work in line with technical standards and approved drawing and bids proposed by the contractors.

- Expected salary: From VND 20-23 million
- Required experience: Suitable experience and education level for conducting given tasks below
