Inland Logistics Executive

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inland delivery of goods to customers.
- Coordinate with Technical Department to check the status of goods before delivery.
- Arrange and notify delivery time to customers.
- Prepare delivery document package (certificates, warranty, delivery notes ...)
- Coordinate with SSO executives and other related departments to make plan of goods delivery to customers. Target: on-time delivery and excellent quality (no error).
- Work with the Forwarder to arrange domestic delivery.
- Collect delivery notes and send to SSO staff to complete the payment procedure.
- Make and do filing documents relating to delivery as per company ISO process.
- Deliver goods to customers.
- Coordinate with SSO staff, Technical Department, Suppliers and Customers to solve issues arising during the delivery process.
Purchasing Tender documents, submiting Tender documents, delivery of PO documents to customers.
Support Logistics Team for handling oversea shipments and receipt of goods from Suppliers.
Support SSO, Sales, Technical department relating logistics during quote
- Provide details about shipping costs and customs procedures.
- Review and give advices on logistics issues (delivery terms and conditions, customs formalities, delivery documents ...) for making quotations and contracts with customers.
- Provide the list of import taxes of goods.
Other tasks:
- Check and make payment requests for logistical costs.
- Update the delivery time and logistical costs for each order.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Good English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
- At least 1 year working experience
- Excellence and quality mindset
- Have good attitude / integrity in the work
- Have good knowledge/ have been trained in logistic field.
