Inside Sales Specialist

- Be responsible for implementing processes involved in Sea – Export/ Sea-Import/Air- Import/Air Export.

- Receive and confirm bookings received from vendors/customers as nominated in timely manner.

- Arrange booking with carriers; update systems & release bill of lading, invoices, payment to suppliers.

- Issue HBL/HSWB or Forwarder’s Cargo Receipts to vendors.

- Collect documents from vendors and dispatch to the right receivers if requested.

- Maintain sailing schedules to be updated on-timely and correctly for tracing purpose from customer.

- Work closely with Sales, Suppliers, Pricing, Others support teams to archive customer’s satisfaction.

- Ensure local charges are informed to shippers in a timely and accurately manner.

- Prospecting call customer list.

- Contact and maintain existing customer

- Follow up shipment and project until arrive Vietnam

- Received and Feedback customer on time

- Collect and report to Regional office in Thailand.

- Report service or business failure to GM- Project

Other tasks as designed by superior.

- Chinese speaking is preferrable.

-         Good command of English, Chinese languagues is prefferable

-         Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.

-         Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure

-         Be a team player, detailed and accurate
